Pennant / Norway Brewing Collaboration 4.75% 16oz
Our first collaboration brew! Inspired by the Polish Grodziskie (or Gratzer), a low abv, light bodied and highly carbonated smoked wheat beer. We took Norways wheat beer recipe and subbed in some Alder-smoked malt. The resulting beer is light and refreshing with subtle smoky notes and a slightly tart mineral finish. Goes great with our pizza!
